Sujana Towers Limited (STL) was incorporated under The Companies Act, 1956. The Company was incorporated by Mr Y S Chowdary, Mr G Srinivasa Raju and their associates. The Company Sujana Towers Limited has been incorporated to demerge the tower division of Sujana Metal Products Limited pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation as approved by the Hon?ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad on 10.04.2007. The Company expanded towers capacity at Hyderabad from 28,125 TPA of Galvanized Towers to 1,28,125 TPA. The Company is in the process of expanding the capacity at Chennai by adding another 1,00,000 TPA. Sujana Towers Limited was originally a division of Sujana Steels Ltd since 2000, however, the Tower Division was demerged and incorporated as a separate company in 2006.
