Irrespective of great volatility, supported by the raise in petrol prices bourses ended trade in green today. The Bombay Stock Exchange’s Sensex ended at 16,222.30, up 274.20 points or 1.72%, from the previous close. The National Stock Exchange’s Nifty shut at 4,921.40, up 85.75 points or 1.77%.
