HDFC Bank - Allotment of equity shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted on September 30, 2011, 1277200 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).
