Aster Silicates limited is a company involved in the manufacturing of food grade Sodium Silicate from last 14 years Which is used for manufacturing of Food Grade Silica PPT, having applications in Gel Tooth Paste, Free flowing Salt, Pesticides ,Rubber and Tyre etc. Aster Silicate has two units 1 at Kanera(Kheda) and another at Jhagadia(Bharuch) with existing intalled capacity of 150 Metric Tons Per Day(MTPD), has special design triple pass regenerative and recuprateive furances running on bio gas and hence has contributed substantial reduction in emission green house gases. Company was originally incorporated as Arbuda Steel Private Limited on August 27, 1996 under the Companies Act, 1956. Company was converted into a public limited company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 4, 2009 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to ?Aster Silicates Limited?. Aster Silicates has designed Bio-Gas plants which uses all types of biomass & generates bio-gas which is used in redesigned end fired triple pass regenerative furnaces to get temperature above 1300 degree Centigrade. Aster Silicates has designed Triple pass regenerative & Recuperative end fired glass furnace with multiple fuel arrangement which recycles preheated air at a temp. 1150-1200? C, inside furnace instead of conventional 40? C room temp. Hence the fuel consumption are 25% lesser than conventional direct fired Silicate furnaces.
