Company was originally incorporated as Vardhman Hotels Private Limited on January 8, 2007, under the Companies Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. The Company became a wholly owned subsidiary of erstwhile M/s Asian Hotels Limited. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the subsequently the name was changed to Vardhman Hotels Limited w.e.f July 28, 2007. The name of the Company was further changed to Asian Hotels (East) Limited w.e.f February 16, 2010. Asian Hotels (East) Limited is into the business of hospitality industries & is managed by a professional Board of Directors consisting of eminent personalities & professionals.
